Clue Branch Manager

This is the replacement class for the Clue List Manager as that is now deprecated. It will get a Clue Config to manage, so you can design and use different UI systems to manage different Branches. By default, it will fill up the ClueBranchesPanel variable with instances of the Clue Slot Widget specified in each Clue Data Asset. This behaviour can be overwritten with the OnClueConfigLoaded n.n, and by retrieving the loaded Data Asset with the GetClueConfig Function
